We are within 7 blocks from UF which is about a 10 minute walk to all the restaurants and night life but just far enough not to hear any noise so you can enjoy every amenity we offer.
Guest Access
The Entire home is accessible. There is a studio, Studio 7, to the side of the home. We do rent this space out as well, so guests may see the guests staying at Studio 7 come and go. The spaces/yards are separate. Guests can park on the left side of the driveway or on the street.

If you decide not to rent or bring your own car there are always plenty of Lyft's and Uber's ready to take you where you want to go. Midtown and the beginning of UF's campus are walkable from this home in about 10-15 minutes.
