Great stay at this adorable bungalow. Good location (10-15 minute walk to restaurants, bars etc.). House was spotless and had everything we needed. Beds were super comfy. Our pup loved the place and the back yard was perfect for letting her explore. Host was great and very responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

This place was exactly as described. The house is stocked with everything you could possibly need. The check-in was super easy and the host was very responsive. The place is very spacious and easily accommodated 6 of us. The host found an item we left behind at checkout and offered to mail it to us the following day. Exceptional service. Thank you Elena

This was the perfect place for me and my family to celebrate a chill and relaxing Father’s Day! Everything was super clean and cozy. We spent the majority indoors (as it rained a lot) but we passed the time by watching movies, playing videos and board games that we brought & spent some much needed quality family time! If you need a place to relax/ stay, definitely check out this cozy cottage!!!

This was the perfect place to stay for my daughter’s medical school graduation. The house was squeaky clean and well equipped with everything we could need in the kitchen. We had our pups with us and were thrilled with how pet friendly the home was. The updates were well done with lots of cool space saving ideas and the outdoor area was private and peaceful. We were able to walk to downtown restaurants and it was an easy drive to Campus for graduation activities. Would absolutely stay here again!

stayed at elena’s place for 3 weeks for work and it was magical. we traveled with a dog and a couple. she is extremely attentative and super responsive. i don’t think i have met a quicker host to respond than elena! the place comes with everything you’d need for the kitchen and bathroom. the fully fenced backyard was great for our dog and a great hang out place after work. and the apt has two full bathrooms! it was amazing for me and my partner as we each have our own bathroom and shower. if i come back to gainesville i will absolutely check out elena’s listings and will be returning as a happy traveler!

Our stay here was a 10/10 in every category! We came here for a few nights on our way home from GA with our pets - a frenchie and a cat. The accommodations were perfect and everything was immaculate. The decorating was beautiful and our pets enjoyed the stay just as much as we did. Very pet friendly! The hosts thought of every detail. We would stay here again in a heartbeat and highly recommend to anyone looking in this area…especially if you have pets!

Bruce and Kameko were amazing host. The Cozy Cottage is so beautiful and very cozy. All of the finishing touches in the cottage were perfect, especially for the pups. Thank you for everything! Hurricane Milton is the reason we stayed here and if we are ever back in Gainesville, we will definitely be reserving this cottage again! Definitely book for your next stay too!

Our stay at Cozy Cottage was great! It was our first time taking our pup with us to an Airbnb and this stay exceeded all expectations. We loved that the house was so pet friendly. Bruce and Kameko were quick to respond if we had any questions. Will definitely book again in the future if staying in Gainesville.
