Event Policy: Special Events with up to (20) people (maximum occupancy allowed per Airbnb) are allowed at this property with pre-approval, signed contract, and a $300 non-refundable deposit. Deposit must be paid prior to check-in. Event must be concluded by 12 am, and quiet hours must be followed after 11pm, especially outdoors. Any unauthorized events will result in the immediate termination of the reservation without refund and an additional $500 fee. Smoking: No smoking of any kind is allowed inside the home, on the front porch, or the back patio (any covered area). All butts, cartridges, etc., must be discarded in an outdoor trashcan. Any smoking refuse (i.e. butts, cartons, wrappers, cartridges, dip, etc) left behind or unauthorized smoking in the aforementioned areas will incur an additional cleaning fee of $100. Additional Overnight Guests: Any guests in the home remaining after 12am not listed in the original reservation will be considered as additional overnight guests. Each additional overnight guest will result in a $100 per person per night upcharge. No pets allowed. If a pet is discovered to be in the home at any point during the reservation without prior approval a $300 fee will be assessed. Quiet hours: 11pm-8am Lights and Recycling: To help us do our part for the environment please turn off all lights when no guests are occupying the home. Also please utilize the recycle bins for the appropriate trash. Blue for glass bottles and plastic. Orange for paper and cardboard (boxes must be flattened; no pizza boxes). Please note that for stays longer than 6 days, only initial paper products will be provided. If additional items are needed, the guest will be responsible for purchasing more. EARLY/LATE CHECK-IN We can sometimes accommodate an early check-in time or later check-out time. Please message via the messaging system to inquire further. We do ask for a $50 service fee for adjusting the check-in or check-out time.
