Other Details to Note
Just FYI, the property is divided into two parcels separated by an 8 foot privacy fence. The main house and backyard are all for your private enjoyment and entertainment. The smaller lot is also a private Airbnb. Please respect the other guests privacy and do not enter any of the gates that lead to side yard and studio area. Please be courteous to each other and be mindful of noise during the evening hours. Feel free to message us with any questions or concerns! Parking: There is free parking on the left side of the driveway which can accommodate up to two cars. The right side of the driveway is designated for guests of Studio 7. Street parking is allowed in any designated white box between 4 pm and 8 am M-F and anytime on weekends (there are posted placards if you are not sure). If you need to utilize the street parking, please be sure to follow the posted signs, as the city does give out tickets. Noise: Gainesville is primarily a college town and as such there are many student rentals in the area. During football season and festive holidays, you may hear noise from these houses nearby which can go into the late evening hours, especially if you are enjoying the outdoor amenities. From our experience, very little can be heard from inside the home. Please note that for stays longer than 6 days, only initial paper products will be provided. Any additional products will need to be purchased by the guest. EARLY/LATE CHECK-IN We can sometimes accommodate early check-in times or later check-out times. Our 7th Heaven Property is within 7-blocks from UF which is about a 10-minute walk to all the restaurants and night life in Midtown; but just far enough away to not hear any noise so you can enjoy every amenity we offer. Downtown is close by within a short drive on University Avenue where you’ll find plenty of restaurants, bars, and night life. There’s also local farmer’s markets at South Main Station and live concerts at Bo Diddle Plaza or Heartwood Soundstage. Only a short 5-minute commute to Shands Hospital.
Guest Access
Guests have full access to the entire home and fenced backyard, offering complete privacy for your stay. The large back yard offers a bonfire pit with (8) Adirondack chairs; plenty of space for Corn-hole; Charcoal Grill; and a (6) seater Bar-Top Fire Table on the back patio. PLEASE NOTE: To the east side of the property is Studio 7, a separate private fully fenced in studio that may occasionally be rented out. While guests may see Studio 7 visitors coming and going, the spaces and yards are entirely separate to ensure your privacy. Parking is available on the left side of the driveway or on the street anytime after 4pm during the weekdays and fully open on the weekends, making arrival and departure easy and convenient.
