Welcome to Studio 7, a chic mid-century modern tiny house with Urban Flare vibes, perfect for a romantic getaway for two. It’s just a few blocks north of Gainesville’s trendy Midtown Strip, across from Ben-Griffin Stadium, and less than a mile away from UF Shands Hospital. This cozy space has an in-unit smart washer/dryer, a fully equipped kitchenette, and a spacious private yard. It’s an ideal place for individuals or couples to enjoy their own private space.

Other Details to Note
This lot is divided into two parcels separated by an 8 ft fence. The main house is also an Airbnb. Both units have separate and private entrances, as well as separate yards. The windows overlooking the yard for Studio 7 are frosted. Guests of the main house will not be able to see into Studio 7's yard. Please be courteous to each other and be mindful of noise during the evening hours. In addition, please be respectful of the other guest's privacy and do not enter the larger backyard. Feel free to message us with any questions or concerns! Parking: The right side of the main house driveway is available to you. The left side is reserved for main house guests. Street parking is free between 4 pm and 8 am M-F and anytime on weekends in the designated white boxes (there are posted placards if you are not sure). Street parking is first come-first served. Noise: Gainesville is primarily a college town and as such there are many student rentals in the area. During football season and festive holidays, you may hear noise from these houses nearby which can go into the late evening hours, especially if you are enjoying the outdoor amenities. From our experience, very little can be heard from inside the home. Please note that for stays longer than 6 days, only initial paper products will be provided. Any additional products will need to be purchased by the guest. EARLY/LATE CHECK-IN Guests should know that we can sometimes accommodate early check-in times or later check-out times. Our Studio 7 Tiny Home is within 7-blocks from UF which is about a 10-minute walk to all the restaurants and night life in Midtown; but just far enough away to not hear any noise so you can enjoy every amenity we offer. Downtown is close by within a short drive on University Avenue where you’ll find plenty of restaurants, bars, and night life. There’s also local farmer’s markets at South Main Station and live concerts at Bo Diddle Plaza or Heartwood Soundstage. Only a short 5-minute commute to Shands Hospital.

Vehicle dependent with getting anywhere beyond walking distance to UF Stadium and Midtown. Parking is shared between the main home and the studio. Free street parking on weekends and week days after 4pm ONLY.
