Great stay at this adorable bungalow. Good location (10-15 minute walk to restaurants, bars etc.). House was spotless and had everything we needed. Beds were super comfy. Our pup loved the place and the back yard was perfect for letting her explore. Host was great and very responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

Bruce and Kameko’s home was just what we needed as we faced a difficult time with my father being treated at nearby Shand’s hospital. They were responsive and quick to action a few small hiccups. I’m beyond grateful for their support. The home is great, with each bedroom having a bathroom. Plenty of parking on the wide driveway. It is located right smack in the middle of UF, perfect.

Hello, my family and I stayed for four nights and it was amazing. We totally recommend anyone looking for a place to stay as they explore Gainesville. My mom is super picky about cleanliness, and she gives this place a 10/10. My siblings felt at home and they loved the area. My boyfriend loves nature and he instantly loved the area we were staying at. We all slept comfortably and we had everything we needed. The main host and co-hosts respond to your messages on time, they are willing to make sure that you are accommodated and feel comfortable. They are really nice people and are so patient 🙏. I will be coming back soon!

This place was exactly as described. The house is stocked with everything you could possibly need. The check-in was super easy and the host was very responsive. The place is very spacious and easily accommodated 6 of us. The host found an item we left behind at checkout and offered to mail it to us the following day. Exceptional service. Thank you Elena

This was the perfect place for me and my family to celebrate a chill and relaxing Father’s Day! Everything was super clean and cozy. We spent the majority indoors (as it rained a lot) but we passed the time by watching movies, playing videos and board games that we brought & spent some much needed quality family time! If you need a place to relax/ stay, definitely check out this cozy cottage!!!

This was the perfect place to stay for my daughter’s medical school graduation. The house was squeaky clean and well equipped with everything we could need in the kitchen. We had our pups with us and were thrilled with how pet friendly the home was. The updates were well done with lots of cool space saving ideas and the outdoor area was private and peaceful. We were able to walk to downtown restaurants and it was an easy drive to Campus for graduation activities. Would absolutely stay here again!

Clean and cozy space! My coworkers and I were in Gainesville for a conference and were very happy with the house and our hosts. Beds were comfortable, everyone had tons of space to themselves, and the living space was large and spacious. I would definitely stay here again on our next visit to UF.

Excellent home for a family visiting for graduation. The house was so charming, room for everyone, great location. We all found the bedding very comfortable. Enjoyed taking walks in neighborhood and sitting in the rocking bench on the patio. We would definitely visit this home again.

Highly recommend a stay here if you have pets. The fenced in yard was a great place to hang out with dogs, and they provided nice pet-friendly amenities, bowls, and even treats. Hosts were very quick to respond and helpful with any questions I had. A really comfortable and cute place!!

The home is SO cute and is exactly what we needed for a weekend in Gainesville! Home was very clean and equipped with everything you need. Host even provides a little toiletry bag with feminine products in case you forget to bring your own. The home is walking distance to the Ben Hill Griffin stadium, so this location is perfect for game day or touring the university. Would definitely consider renting this home again whenever we are in Gainesville!
